Image Garments Pvt. Ltd., a Faisalabad-based manufacturer and partner of Danish company Mascot Workwear, has expanded from producing durable workwear for the Danish market into a successful sustainability-focused e-commerce venture that repurposes surplus fabric into consumer fashion. The company’s new brand, elo, has grown rapidly and now sources leftover material from other factories to meet demand. Danish Chargé d’Affaires a.i. Peter Emil Nielsen visited the Image Garments facility to observe the partnership’s development firsthand.

Image Garments has long supplied high-quality workwear designed to withstand challenging conditions, including the wet climate common in Denmark, under its partnership with Mascot Workwear. The collaboration has helped build the company’s reputation for reliable manufacturing standards and international trade ties between Pakistan and Denmark.

In an effort to reduce waste and increase sustainability, Image Garments launched the elo brand to transform surplus raw materials into environmentally friendly fashion products. By repurposing leftover fabric, the company reduces landfill-bound textile waste while creating a new revenue stream that aligns with growing consumer demand for sustainable apparel.

The elo e-commerce store has performed strongly, driving demand beyond the company’s own surplus. To keep pace, Image Garments now purchases leftover material from other local factories, creating a circular supply model that supports both waste reduction and the regional textile ecosystem.

The factory visit by Danish Chargé d’Affaires a.i. Peter Emil Nielsen highlighted the progress of the Danish-Pakistani partnership, showcasing how a supplier relationship has evolved into a sustainability-driven business initiative with commercial success and environmental benefits.
