Senior Superintendent of Police Ghulam Mustafa Gilani has taken charge as Regional Officer of the Punjab Highway Patrol’s Rawalpindi region, promising transparent leadership, prompt attention to staff concerns, and a renewed emphasis on honest performance.
Gilani assumed charge at the regional office, where he was formally welcomed by office staff. Following his arrival he met with the regional team and exchanged introductions with the heads of all branches.
The new regional officer received a full briefing on current operations and ongoing matters across the region. He used the meeting to outline his expectations, stressing that all personnel should carry out their duties with integrity and professionalism.
Addressing staff, Gilani said he would ensure employees’ issues are heard and that every reasonable effort will be made to resolve them quickly. He called for cooperative work across branches to improve service and operational effectiveness throughout the region.
