A focused training session for Inquiry Committee members brought together senior professionals from Mari Engineering, OGDCL and OGTI to reinforce fair workplace practices across Pakistan. Organized in collaboration with PIP, the programme covered legal procedures, evidence standards and the practical steps for committee formation, equipping participants with the skills required to oversee impartial inquiries.

The role of FOSPAH was outlined in detail, including practical support mechanisms for committees and clear guidance on addressing retaliation and false complaints. Emphasis on the code of conduct and proper evidence handling aimed to ensure consistent, transparent outcomes and protect all parties during investigations.
