Islamabad  — The grand football match held at the Dream Fest 2025 concluded in a festive atmosphere at the Islamabad Sports Complex, drawing huge crowds and enthusiastic participation. The event was graced by Prime Minister’s Youth Programme Focal Person Syed Zeeshan Ali Naqvi as the Chief Guest, while renowned actress Hira Mani made a special appearance, adding star power to the ceremony.

Two teams competed in an exciting contest — one comprising Pakistani celebrities and the other featuring foreign players. The thrilling match kept spectators on the edge of their seats and showcased a strong spirit of sportsmanship throughout.

During the closing ceremony, Syed Zeeshan Ali Naqvi distributed shields and medals among the winning teams and praised the players’ outstanding performance and energy. He lauded the positive role of sports in shaping youth and building national unity.

Speaking on the occasion, Hira Mani said that promoting youth participation in sports is an encouraging step, as “positive activities are key to building a brighter future for the younger generation.”

In his remarks, Syed Zeeshan Ali Naqvi emphasized that the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme is actively creating opportunities for youth engagement and promoting healthy, productive initiatives across the country. He added that Chairman of the PM Youth Programme, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, had extended his best wishes for the success of the event.

Naqvi stated that under Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s vision, the government is committed to providing the nation’s youth with better opportunities in education, employment, and sports.
