Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi vows no compromise after G-11 blast, pledging to identify the suicide bomber and expose any cross-border links.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said security agencies will not compromise after the G-11 blast in Islamabad and that the primary objective is to identify the suicide bomber who carried out the attack. He stressed that those responsible must be brought to justice.

The minister told reporters that authorities have an understanding of activities coming from Afghanistan and have detected communications linked to violent elements. He pointed to the recent Wana attack, saying a vehicle-borne suicide attacker detonated at an entry point yesterday and that clearance operations are still under way in that area.

Mohsin Naqvi warned that individuals involved in the kachahri incident will be exposed and held accountable. He emphasized that security will not be compromised and that investigators will pursue every lead to uncover the network behind the G-11 blast and related incidents.

The interior minister explained that some militants travel to Afghanistan to receive training and instructions before returning to carry out strikes. He said if Afghan-based extremists continue to facilitate attacks, Pakistan will be forced to take necessary measures to disrupt and deter that support.

Investigations will focus first on identifying the suicide bomber and then on mapping the connections that led to the G-11 blast, including any roles in the kachahri and Wana incidents. Security and area clearance efforts will continue until threats are neutralized and responsible parties are held to account.
