Government advances TVET partnership with Fondazione Doria to expand skill-based programs and jobs for Pakistani youth in Europe.

Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training Ms. Wajiha Qamar met with an Italian delegation from Fondazione Doria, accompanied by Minister of State for Overseas Pakistanis Mr. Aun Chaudhary, the Secretary Overseas, Chairman NAVTTC Gulmina Bilal and CEO PEEF Hajra Suhail.

The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation in technical and vocational education and training, with detailed discussions on developing skill-based programs, promoting international certifications and creating employment opportunities for Pakistani youth in Italy and other European countries. Officials highlighted the potential of a sustained TVET partnership to deliver globally recognized training and open pathways to overseas placements.

Both sides expressed a firm commitment to building sustainable collaborations between NAVTTC, PEEF and Fondazione Doria to strengthen technical education and empower young professionals through accredited training, joint program development and increased access to international job markets.
