TEVTA Punjab secures international partnerships to export certified skilled manpower to Saudi Arabia and open overseas employment pathways.

TEVTA Punjab represented the province at the Human Resources & Manpower Expo HRALS Season 7 – 2025 in Riyadh under the Chief Minister Punjab’s vision of exporting skilled human resources globally. The delegation from the Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Department, Government of the Punjab, showcased the province’s technical and vocational training strengths and pathways for certified youth to access overseas employment.

The Punjab Government booth, organized by TEVTA Punjab alongside other TVET providers, was inaugurated by His Excellency Mr. Farooq Ahmad, Ambassador of Pakistan to Saudi Arabia, marking a significant step in strengthening Punjab’s presence in the international skills market. The pavilion highlighted training standards, certification pathways, and the readiness of Punjab’s workforce for export.

To turn the vision into tangible opportunities, TEVTA Punjab signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with the Pakistan Investors & Business Forum, a platform representing over 300 Pakistani businessmen, to facilitate placement of skilled manpower across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This collaboration is aimed at streamlining recruitment channels and matching certified candidates with employer demand.

Further agreements were executed with leading Saudi firms including Windmason Arabia, Arabian Talent Solutions, and Season’s Enterprises to supply certified manpower for high-demand sectors such as construction, mechanical trades, and technical services. These partnerships align TEVTA Punjab initiatives with KSA Vision 2030 priorities and targeted workforce needs.

A Meet and Greet session held in coordination with the Embassy of Pakistan connected TEVTA Punjab’s programs directly with the Saudi business community, underscoring the province’s readiness to export trained professionals. The engagement fostered stronger Pakistan–Saudi collaboration in the technical and vocational sector and created immediate recruitment pipelines for certified graduates.

By securing these MoUs and industry linkages, TEVTA Punjab is advancing its mandate to empower youth through world-class technical education and create overseas employment avenues. The province’s focused efforts to export certified skilled human resources are designed to contribute to socio-economic development goals for both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia while offering tangible job opportunities for Punjab’s trained workforce.
