Ambassador Irena Gancheva met KCCI to boost Bulgaria Pakistan trade and explore opportunities in IT, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and textiles.

Last week Ambassador Irena Gancheva visited the Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry for a productive discussion aimed at expanding Bulgaria Pakistan trade and strengthening economic cooperation between Bulgarian and Pakistani companies.

The exchange highlighted promising opportunities in information technology, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and textiles, with both sides identifying potential collaboration areas for exporters and service providers. Representatives from KCCI underlined Karachi’s role as Pakistan’s commercial hub and encouraged local firms to engage with Bulgarian partners to explore joint ventures and market access.

The meeting reaffirmed a shared commitment to support stronger economic ties and to foster new partnerships that can translate into concrete business activity. Both parties expressed interest in continuing dialogue to facilitate trade links and explore sector-specific initiatives that benefit companies on both sides.
