Alamdar Baloch prayer ceremony held at National Press Club Islamabad where colleagues including Farhatullah Babar and PFUJ leaders offered condolences.

Alamdar Baloch received an outpouring of support as a prayer gathering was held at the National Press Club Islamabad for the spiritual benefit of his late mother. The event brought together senior journalists, colleagues and friends to offer condolences and recite prayers for the departed.

Attendees included Pakistan Peoples Party leader and former senator Farhatullah Babar, Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists president Afzal Butt, NPC president Azhar Jatoi, RUIJ president Tariq Ali Work, former RUIJ presidents Mubarak Zeb Khan and Aamir Sajad Syed, NPC joint secretary Javed Bhagat and Syed Aun Shirazi, along with a large number of senior journalists and well‑wishers from Islamabad.

Speakers at the gathering emphasized that parents are an invaluable gift and that their loss brings deep sorrow and a void that is difficult to fill. Participants prayed for the complete forgiveness and mercy of Allah for the departed and asked for patience and strength for the grieving family.

During the ceremony Alamdar Baloch expressed his gratitude to all those who attended and thanked colleagues and friends for their sympathy and solidarity, acknowledging the support of the journalism community in Islamabad during this difficult time.
