The Iranian ambassador in Islamabad has categorically rejected recent allegations targeting the Supreme Leader, calling them fake, fabricated and part of an enemy propaganda effort. The statement recalled the recent 12-day confrontation, praising Iranian soldiers and commanders for resisting aggression with honour and sacrifice. The ambassador paid tribute to those who lost their lives defending their homeland and underscored the depth of national resolve in the face of hostile actions.

Emphasising the role of the Supreme Leader as Commander-in-Chief, the Iranian ambassador highlighted the Leader’s steadfast support for the people and the security forces. He said that leadership remained wise, courageous and united with those who protect the nation.

He urged media professionals in Pakistan to uphold ethical standards to preserve the credibility of journalism and prevent the spread of baseless claims.
