Pak-Turk Maarif International Schools & Colleges has launched MAGIS 2026-1, a merit-based entrance exam and scholarship programme that brings Turkiye scholarships to students in Azad Jammu and Kashmir for the first time.
The MAGIS assessment is designed to identify high-achieving students across Pakistan and provide access to quality education, financial support, and international learning pathways. Successful candidates can secure admission and scholarships at Pak-Turk Maarif campuses, with academic tracks that support progression to leading international universities.
This year’s rollout marks a historic expansion with the opening of the Pak-Turk Maarif International AJK Muzaffarabad Campus, which is expected to widen opportunities for students in the region and strengthen local access to international-standard schooling and Turkish language exposure.
Applications are invited for admission into Grades 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, as well as IGCSE-1. The programme offers merit scholarships, tuition fee discounts, targeted financial assistance and affordable admission fees to make education more accessible to deserving students.
MAGIS has gained nationwide recognition, with more than 25,000 students having appeared in past exams and participation averaging over 5,000 students annually. The initiative is conducted in 10 major cities across Pakistan to ensure equal opportunities regardless of geography.
Prospective candidates should note key dates: registration closes on February 5, 2026, the test will be held on February 15, 2026, and results are scheduled for February 26, 2026. Shortlisted students will be invited for interviews based on their test performance.
Students and parents in AJK are encouraged to register online and consider MAGIS 2026 as a pathway to quality education and Turkiye scholarships that can support academic and international opportunities.
