NAVTTC organized a focused training session for potential participants of PMYSDP Batch 3 to introduce the Training Lifecycle Management System and its practical uses in vocational programs. The session concentrated on hands-on guidance for managing student portfolios, conducting assessments, and tracking trainee progress in real time using TLMS 2.0.
Attendees were shown how TLMS 2.0 streamlines the creation and maintenance of digital portfolios, enabling trainers and coordinators to record competencies, assessment outcomes, and attendance with greater accuracy. Emphasis was placed on real-time data capture to support timely feedback and informed decision making in training delivery.
NAVTTC highlighted how the platform can improve coordination between trainers and participants, simplify reporting, and strengthen oversight of Batch 3 activities under the PMYSDP framework. Building capacity in TLMS 2.0 is seen as a step toward more transparent and efficient skills development across local training centers.
Participants left the session equipped to use TLMS 2.0 for daily management tasks and assessment workflows, positioning PMYSDP Batch 3 candidates to benefit from digital tracking and improved documentation throughout their training journey.
