Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) and Strawberry Sports Management inaugurated the national sports talent identification platform BAAZI at the IBCC Secretariat in Islamabad on 22 January 2026. The digital portal, available at www.baazi.tv, has been launched to discover and develop athletic talent from cities and remote areas across Pakistan.
The BAAZI portal is positioned as Pakistan’s first central technology-driven platform designed to ensure talented young athletes gain equal opportunities regardless of location. IBCC-affiliated board students and overseas Pakistani students can register on the BAAZI portal to showcase their sporting abilities and access structured training and selection pathways.
Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah, Executive Director of IBCC, said the initiative heralds a new era for Pakistani sports where selection will be based on talent rather than recommendations or resources. He noted that the BAAZI portal reflects a commitment to innovation, transparency and collaboration, and expressed pride in partnering with Strawberry Sports Management to bring the platform to life.
Haider Ali Dawood, founder of Strawberry Sports Management, described BAAZI as a promise to every young athlete in Pakistan that their ability will be valued. He said the portal is a world-class tool that will play a key role in identifying, training and showcasing talent at the national level.
The platform aims to provide a merit-based and transparent route from grassroots to national teams, offering registration, talent tracking and development opportunities through the BAAZI portal. The formal launch at the IBCC Secretariat marks the start of a nationwide effort to professionalise talent identification and strengthen Pakistan’s future sporting prospects.
