Members of the Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry Peshawar received priority access and discounted participation at WEXNET Peshawar as President Ms. Qurat Ul Ain attended the closing ceremony on day two of the TDAP flagship event.
The ceremony opened with a welcome address by Mr. Noman Bashir, Director TDAP Peshawar. Addresses followed from Ms. Sajida Zulfiqar, former member of the National Assembly, and Mr. Junaid Altaf, President of the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Chief Guest, Honourable Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mr. Faisal Karim Kundi, also spoke on the platform.
Ms. Qurat Ul Ain delivered the vote of thanks, after which shields were presented to participants and organisers. A group photograph marked the conclusion of formal proceedings, and delegates proceeded to visit the exhibition hall to engage with stalls and entrepreneurs. Senior Vice President Ms. Zara Imtiaz joined Ms. Qurat Ul Ain along with members of WCCIP in attending the closing activities.
The WEXNET Peshawar event, presented by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, reinforced efforts toward women’s economic autonomy and provided practical benefits for members of WCCIP. Organisers emphasised continued support for women entrepreneurs across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through initiatives that create access and visibility for local businesses.
