Islamabad, February 03, 2026 — TCS Group has formalised a strategic partnership with Nippon Express (South Asia & Oceania) Pte. Ltd., under which the Nippon Express Group has acquired a minority stake in TCS Logistics (Private) Limited.
The alliance is designed to give Pakistani businesses and consumers improved connectivity to global markets through the Nippon Express Group’s international network, while enabling Nippon Express to strengthen its Pakistan operations by leveraging TCS Logistics’ nationwide infrastructure and established customer base. The collaboration positions TCS Nippon Express to support more reliable cross-border services and streamlined trade lanes.
Saira Awan, President of TCS Group, said the partnership reflects growing international confidence in Pakistan’s market fundamentals and will enhance the company’s ability to deliver world-class supply chain solutions. The tie-up is set to accelerate the adoption of technology-enabled logistics services and introduce value-added offerings for local exporters, importers and e-commerce players.
Over four decades TCS Group has built a reputation for reach and reliability. TCS Logistics operates extensive domestic infrastructure across land transportation, warehousing and distribution, and maintains cross-border connectivity that will be central to joint efforts to modernise Pakistan’s logistics ecosystem.
The Nippon Express Group, with operations in more than 50 countries and regions, brings end-to-end freight, warehousing and specialised logistics capabilities. Through this transaction Nippon Express will work to expand trade lanes originating from Pakistan, with particular focus on developing routes to Central Asia and identifying emerging market needs.
Officials expect the partnership to facilitate imports and exports, support critical trade corridors, and represent a meaningful foreign direct investment into Pakistan’s logistics sector. By combining local knowledge and operational scale with global logistics expertise, the TCS Nippon Express alliance aims to strengthen supply chain resilience and open new opportunities for Pakistani trade.
