L'Oreal Pakistan launches Women of Worth to honour Pakistani women creating measurable impact; nominations open April for the inaugural Season 1 recognition.

L’Oreal Pakistan has announced the launch of Women of Worth Pakistan, a national recognition platform designed to celebrate women whose work is creating measurable impact across society. The platform aims to spotlight leaders whose resilience and sustained contributions are shaping Pakistan’s social, cultural, scientific and economic future.

Building on more than seventeen years of activity in Pakistan, L’Oreal has previously supported initiatives including PFDC L’Oreal Paris Bridal Week, Ambassador of Fashion, Beauty for a Better Life and digital literacy programmes. Women of Worth marks an expansion of that work by moving the conversation about beauty beyond appearance to recognise the impact women create in communities, institutions and across industries.

The platform will operate on three pillars: recognition, storytelling and impact enablement. Season 1 will honour four Women of Worth and one Emerging Voice under the age of 25. Rather than ranking individuals, Women of Worth celebrates a cohort whose leadership, purpose and lasting societal contribution reflect grassroots leadership, innovation and resilience, while building a national registry of women shaping Pakistan’s future.

An independent Advisory Council and Jury Panel composed of respected voices from journalism, academia, social impact, healthcare, law and culture will govern the platform to safeguard credibility and neutrality. The council will oversee ethical governance, eligibility criteria and the jury process to ensure final selections remain independent.

The platform will recognise work across five fields including social impact and grassroots leadership, science, healthcare and innovation, arts, culture and creative industries, sports and resilience, and Gen Z emerging voices. By highlighting a range of sectors, Women of Worth aims to surface stories from grassroots change-makers to innovators and artists impacting communities across the country.

Rehan Saeed, Executive General Manager at L’Oreal Pakistan, said the initiative expands how the company honours contribution and creativity in Pakistan. He described Women of Worth as a long term national recognition body designed to celebrate contribution, courage and leadership across sectors and to build a credible and transparent framework for recognition so inspiring stories can be seen, heard and remembered.

Nominations will open through multiple channels later this month and the inaugural Women of Worth cycle will run from April to July 2026. Individuals and organisations are encouraged to watch for nomination details as the programme seeks nominees whose work demonstrates measurable impact and sustained leadership.
