An open court was held at Romi Park under special instructions from the DG Military Lands and Cantonments Board, with Deputy CEO Nasser Kamal presiding and branch in-charges present. Large numbers of Rawalpindi Cantt residents attended to present their complaints directly to officials.
Residents brought forward issues related to water supply, sanitation, taxation, construction and repair work. The administration took note of each complaint and issued on-the-spot directives to relevant wings to ensure timely action and resource allocation for effective resolution.
Deputy CEO Nasser Kamal emphasized that resolving citizens’ problems remains the Rawalpindi Cantt board’s foremost priority and that all available resources will be mobilized to provide basic services. He also warned that strict action will be taken against any staff found negligent or remiss in duty.
