Project Elevate mentorship initiative launched in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: S&P Global in Pakistan, in partnership with The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Islamabad, has announced the launch of Project Elevate, a structured three year mentorship initiative aimed at developing more than 600 young Pakistanis.

The initiative, announced on July 13, 2026, is designed to equip participants with professional skills, industry networks and career guidance to help them compete in an increasingly demanding global economy.

Project Elevate will be carried out across three annual cohorts, with each cohort connecting around 200 participants with experienced mentors from S&P Global and the wider TiE network.

The programme will target a diverse pool of talent, including university students, early career professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs and freelancers, reflecting the changing profile of Pakistan’s workforce.

Participants will receive one on-one and group mentorship from senior industry professionals, along with corporate readiness training covering professional communication, leadership fundamentals and workplace navigation. The initiative will also include career development workshops focused on high growth sectors such as financial services, technology and data analytics, as well as networking access to S&P Global leadership in Pakistan and TiE’s entrepreneurial community.
