Qul held for wife of late Raja Muhammad Yousuf in Rawalpindi

Political and social figures attended the Qul ceremony and offered prayers for the deceased in Rawalpindi.

RAWALPINDI: The Qul ceremony for the wife of late Raja Muhammad Yousuf was held in Rawalpindi, where prayers were offered for the departed soul.

The deceased was the mother of Dr Haroon Yousuf Raja, Major Raja Humayun Yousuf, Raja Sohail Yousuf, Muhammad Ali Raja and Dr Umar Yousuf Raja.

A large number of political and social figures attended the prayer ceremony. Among those present were Pakistan Muslim League-N central leader and former senator Chaudhry Muhammad Tanveer Khan, Senator Nasir Mahmood Butt, Khadim Bari Imam Sarkar, Raja Sarfraz Akram, MPA Chaudhry Imran Ilyas, MPA Raja Hanif Advocate, Pirzada Rahat Masood Quddusi, Rehan Sarwar Abbasi, Chaudhry Inaam Zafar, PML-N leader Haji Syed Shahid Iqbal, Raja Abdul Basit Maskeen, Raja Nasir, former tehsil nazim Hamid Nawaz Raja, former MNA Haji Pervaiz Khan, Raja Shahid Pappu, Raja Sajid, Raja Ammar Mehndi, Raja Sajidullah Bakhsh, Jahangir Chaudhry, Hamid Shah, Chairman Raja Arshad Mahmood, Dr Riaz Shehbaz Janjua, Atif Kiani, Raja Wasif, Dr Amjad Pomi, Chaudhry Mohsin Gujjar, Aamir Butt, Nadeem Paracha and others.

Participants prayed for the forgiveness and eternal peace of the deceased.
