LAHORE: TECNO has introduced its SPARK 50 Pro smartphone in Pakistan, positioning the device around battery life, camera speed and durability at a price of Rs74,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant.
The handset, launched as part of the brand’s “Never Miss Out” campaign, is now available nationwide in four colours: Ink Black, Titanium Grey, Dynamic Orange and Midnight Blue.
According to the company, the SPARK 50 Pro features a 6000mAh battery with 60W Super Charge technology, which can charge the phone from zero to 100 per cent in under an hour. TECNO says a 15-minute charge is sufficient to last through the rest of the day.
The company also claims the battery supports more than 1,900 charge cycles, ensuring six years of normal use. The phone includes Super Charge, Smart Charge and Low-Temp Charge modes, along with AI Charging Protection, aimed at reducing unnecessary battery wear over time.
For photography, the SPARK 50 Pro comes with a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 sensor. Its FlashSnap feature uses a 1/10,000-second shutter and can capture six shots in five seconds. The BestMoment feature then selects the sharpest frame from the burst.
TECNO has also highlighted the device’s durability credentials. The SPARK 50 Pro carries IP68 protection for water resistance down to six metres for 30 minutes, along with IP69 protection for high-pressure water jets and Level 6 dust protection.
The smartphone has also received SGS Five-Star Premium Drop certification after surviving 41 drops from different angles and heights of up to 1.8 metres, according to the company.
