Owner of the plan near Islamabad’s M1 Motorway has been served with a notice from the RDA, led by Director General Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa. RDA’s Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering (MP&TE) Directorate is in charge of this.

The RDA has ordered the developers of Moreno Enclave to stop advertising the illegal development immediately. They should get in touch with the RDA to arrange for the required No Objection Certificate (NOC) and legal approval. If this instruction is not followed, serious legal action will be taken.
