RDA Issues Notice to Apex Group for Promoting Unauthorized Housing Scheme: Mid City Islamabad

Islamabad : Apex Group, a marketing organization, has been sent with a notice by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) for illegally advertising an illegal housing scheme known as Mid City Islamabad at Mouza Kattarian, which is located close to New Islamabad International Airport.

The RDA has issued a warning to the Apex Group, stating that they must refrain from participating in this unlawful conduct, as it has the potential to mislead members of the general public who invest in illegal housing societies through their platforms.

The RDA has also given the MP&TE Directorate the directive to remove all of the material of illegal schemes that may trigger the enormous transaction of money from the general public in the form of booking of plots in unapproved, false, or illegal housing schemes.
