These meetings involved dedicated sessions with various important committees, including the PUSB Technical Committee, the Talent Hunt Organising Committee, and Boxing Organising Secretaries. During these sessions, participants exchanged valuable insights and experiences, aiming to collectively bolster the structure and effectiveness of university sports programmes.

Key discussions centred around the effective implementation of the upcoming 2025–26 Sports Calendar. Emphasis was placed on planning and coordination of zonal-level and intervarsity championships, with stakeholders stressing the importance of careful scheduling to maximise student participation and competitiveness.

Participants also reviewed financial planning strategies, underscoring the importance of transparent and sustainable funding systems to efficiently manage sports activities and events nationwide. Additionally, they emphasised comprehensive player development programmes, which aim at identifying talent early, providing robust training, and supporting student-athletes through structured guidance.

Overall, the consultative sessions marked a crucial step forward for sports at university level in Pakistan, ensuring that future events are well-organised, financially viable, and strategically focused on developing and nurturing emerging athletic talent.
