**Federal and Punjab Officials Pledge Greater Cooperation for Minority Rights**
Federal Minister for Human Rights, Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar, held a meeting with Punjab’s Minister for Minorities Affairs, Sardar Ramesh Singh Arora, and Secretary of the Human Rights and Minorities Affairs Department, Mr. Farid Ahmad Tarar, to discuss strategic measures aimed at strengthening the protection and promotion of minority rights in Pakistan.
During the meeting, leaders from the federal and provincial governments explored ways to enhance coordination between their respective institutions. They emphasized the need to improve access to legal aid services for minority communities and ensure the effective implementation of policies promoting inclusivity at all levels of government.
The officials underscored their joint commitment to fostering equal opportunities for minority groups throughout the country. Both sides agreed to work collectively towards creating a more inclusive, tolerant, and rights-based society in Pakistan.
