FOSPAH has joined forces with the Petroleum Institute of Pakistan to host an interactive session for employees of Pakistan State Oil, aiming to raise awareness about workplace harassment and available support mechanisms.
The session, led by Ms. Sabika Shah, FOSPAH’s Regional Head for Sindh, built on previous initiatives with PSO employees. The discussion emphasized the importance of employees understanding the role and composition of their organization’s Inquiry Committee as well as the processes available for addressing workplace grievances.
Participants actively engaged with the session, asking detailed questions about what behaviors are defined as harassment and the options for appealing decisions if a complaint is not resolved to their satisfaction.
FOSPAH’s ongoing efforts seek to foster open dialogue, eliminate misconceptions about workplace harassment, and provide employees with the knowledge they need to protect their rights and well-being at work.
