Major General Asad Nawaz Khan, Director General of the Defence Export Promotion Organization (DEPO), hosted the Chief Executive of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Mr. Faiz Ahmad, and TDAP Secretary Mr. Sheryar Taj at DEPO’s Islamabad office for a meeting focused on enhancing collaboration between the two organizations.
During the visit, DEPO officials provided a comprehensive briefing on Pakistan’s defence manufacturing capabilities, followed by a tour of the organization’s Display Center where key products and technologies were showcased.
Discussions highlighted several avenues for partnership, with both parties emphasizing the potential for joint export promotion initiatives to boost Pakistan’s presence in international markets. They also explored plans for the proposed construction of a new Expo Center, which would serve as a platform to further promote and display the nation’s defence and industrial achievements.
