The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry successfully organized a one-day Women SMEs Business Expo to promote female entrepreneurship and provide women-owned brands with greater market access. The event was designed to showcase products and services from small and medium-sized businesses led by women, giving entrepreneurs an opportunity to exhibit their work and connect with potential customers.

Women entrepreneurs from various sectors participated in the expo, including clothing and fashion, home décor, beauty salons, skincare, jewelry, gems, boutiques, and handicrafts. They set up stalls to display their products and engage with attendees, creating a vibrant marketplace atmosphere.

The expo served as an important platform for women business owners to network, foster collaboration, and explore new business opportunities. The event was further highlighted by the presence of several notable guests, including President Bahbood Abida Malik, Member of Pakistan’s National Assembly Huma Akhtar Chughtai, and the Ambassador of the Philippines to Pakistan, Dr. Emmanuel R. Fernandez. Their participation underscored the significance of empowering women in the business sector and highlighted the need for continued support for female entrepreneurs in Pakistan.
