The United States has announced its ongoing support for the preservation of seven historic sites within Lahore Fort, one of Pakistan’s most iconic landmarks. This initiative is being carried out through the Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation and underscores the US government’s commitment to protecting Pakistan’s rich cultural heritage.
During a recent tour, US Consul General Stetson Sanders visited Lahore Fort to observe the restoration work firsthand. The visit highlighted the active collaboration between the two countries and emphasized the importance of conserving significant cultural sites for future generations.
