The investiture and High Achievers awards ceremony of Asas International took place at Aiwan-e-Quaid Library in F-9 Park, Islamabad, drawing a large gathering of students, parents, teachers and distinguished guests. The event opened with a recitation of the Holy Quran followed by the national anthem, and was enlivened by charming performances from the younger children that won warm applause from the audience.
Students who demonstrated outstanding performance during the 2024-25 academic year received High Achievers awards and merit certificates, while the newly elected house council members were presented with official sashes in a formal investiture. The programme highlighted both academic excellence and the development of leadership qualities among pupils, reinforcing the school’s emphasis on holistic education.
Special guests who graced the occasion included Dr Muhammad Arshad Zia, former MNA Sadaqat Ali Abbasi, educationist Jamshed Sultan and Saadia Gul. Their presence added prestige to the ceremony and underscored community support for educational initiatives in Islamabad.
Branch head Safia Jawad praised the school’s strong performance and acknowledged the dedication of students, the cooperation of parents and the tireless efforts of teachers.
