Principal Azra Tariq Highlights Power of Women’s Education on International Women’s Day

Rawalpindi’s private institution, Rawalpindi Public School and College, marked International Women’s Day with a strong message on the role of education in empowering women, as Principal Azra Tariq praised the resilience, achievements and contributions of women in society.

In her message on the occasion, Azra Tariq said that women continue to play a vital role in building families, communities and nations, and their empowerment through education is essential for creating a stronger and more progressive society.

“As a woman and an educator, I strongly believe that education empowers women to become confident, independent and capable of shaping a brighter future,” she said, adding that educated women not only transform their own lives but also inspire and uplift entire communities.

Azra Tariq, known as a hardworking educationist who has dedicated years to promoting quality education in Rawalpindi, said that women today are working side by side with men in every field and proving their capabilities through dedication and determination.

She extended her greetings to women across the country and paid tribute to those who continue to break barriers and contribute to society despite challenges.
