Dar-e-Arqam Schools Delegation Visits Pakistan Parliament

A 102-member delegation from the National Directors Conclave of Dar-e-Arqam Schools Pakistan visited the Parliament House in Islamabad, where they were welcomed by senior officials from the Senate Secretariat. The educational visit was aimed at providing the delegates first-hand insight into the country’s legislative processes and parliamentary traditions.

During the tour, the delegation was given a walkthrough of the Senate Hall. Senate officials conducted a comprehensive briefing on parliamentary procedures, the process of legislation, and the workings of Senate sessions. The participants had the opportunity to observe the legislative framework and learn about the democratic values and parliamentary customs upheld in the Upper House.

The visit also included a stop at the Senate Museum, where the delegation viewed a documentary detailing the Senate’s history, establishment, and evolution. The participants received detailed information on the Senate’s institutional development and ongoing activities.

At the conclusion of the visit, members of the delegation described the tour as highly informative and beneficial, expressing gratitude to Senate officials for their hospitality and the valuable learning opportunity.
