Federal Health Minister Syed Mustafa Kamal praised the Pakistan Army on Defence Day, lauding recent military successes, paying tribute to officers and soldiers, and calling on the nation to stand with the armed forces in safeguarding the country.
Addressing the nation, Mustafa Kamal described the Pakistan Army as “our pride” and offered prayers for the success and protection of the army’s leadership, officers and rank-and-file personnel. He asked God to grant them the courage and ability to keep Pakistan’s name and flag held high.
The minister highlighted what he called a decisive military victory in recent months, saying the army had defeated a powerful enemy and shattered its arrogance. He said the armed forces’ actions had raised Pakistan’s profile on the global stage and brought honour to the country.
Mustafa Kamal paid tribute to the armed forces for their sacrifices and efforts to defend the nation. He prayed for Pakistan’s security and for the continued strength, resolve and capability of the military to protect the country’s borders.
He also appealed to the public to stand alongside the armed forces during peacetime, urging unity and cooperation to preserve peace and stability across the country.
