The Devsinc Datics deal, announced in Islamabad on November 25, 2025, brings together one of Pakistan’s leading IT services firms with a decorated AI-first company to accelerate enterprise-grade AI solutions. The move positions local deep-tech talent on a global stage while strengthening Devsinc’s ability to deliver advanced data and AI services to international clients.

This is Devsinc’s third major acquisition of 2025, following Alchemative and Cloud1, and reflects a deliberate strategy to build an end-to-end AI and digital transformation powerhouse. By integrating Datics AI’s innovation culture and specialist teams, Devsinc aims to expand its footprint across North America, the Middle East, Europe, and APAC while reinforcing Pakistan’s role in the global AI economy.

Umair Majeed, founder of Datics AI and recognized as Dynamic Entrepreneur of the Year 2021, will join Devsinc as SVP Growth. Former Datics CTO Rana Umar Majeed will take on the role of SVP, AI Enablement & Transformation. Their appointments are central to the combined group’s ambition to scale machine learning, predictive analytics, and agentic AI capabilities for enterprise customers.

Usman Asif, Global CEO of Devsinc, said the acquisition strengthens the company’s ability to serve global enterprise clients with next-generation AI capabilities. The integration of Datics AI talent and technologies aims to create a regionally powerful AI and data analytics engine that can deliver transformative solutions at scale.

Datics AI brings deep domain expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics and agentic AI systems, skills that will be embedded into Devsinc’s service offerings. The combined teams will target sectors such as healthcare, finance, retail, telecommunications, automotive and public-sector transformation, delivering predictive analytics, real-time data platforms and bespoke AI architectures.

With the global data analytics industry projected to reach USD 402.70 billion by 2032, the Devsinc Datics partnership is presented as a long-term investment in Pakistan’s technology leadership. The deal underscores growing local capabilities in deep tech and a clearer path for Pakistani firms to compete on complex, enterprise AI engagements worldwide.
