ISLAMABAD, Aug 11: Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) Executive Director Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah has been conferred the prestigious “Education Reforms Champion 2026” award in recognition of his notable reforms, innovation and effective leadership in the education sector.
The award was presented at the Transform Award – Elevate 2026 ceremony, organised by the CxO Global Forum in Islamabad.
Dr Mallah received the honour for his outstanding services in the areas of educational reforms, digital transformation, institutional modernisation and public facilitation.
Under his leadership, special focus was placed on making administrative and public services easier, more accessible, transparent and effective, along with simplifying procedures and ensuring the effective use of modern technology.
