DRAP, PSW and LCCI Hold Training on Online Medical Device Import Applications

DRAP, PSW and LCCI conducted a stakeholder training session on online medical device import applications through the DRAP–PSW Gateway.

LAHORE: The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP), in collaboration with Pakistan Single Window (PSW) and the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), conducted a stakeholder training session on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, on the online submission of commercial import applications for medical devices through the DRAP–PSW Gateway.

The session was addressed by Ch. Zeeshan Nazir Bajar, Director, Quality Assurance and Laboratory Testing (QALT), DRAP.

Speaking on the occasion, he said the DRAP–PSW Gateway was a major milestone in DRAP’s digital transformation. He highlighted that the integrated platform enables real-time verification of licensing and product registration data, helping promote efficiency, transparency and ease of doing business.

According to DRAP, the initiative is part of its commitment to modernising regulatory services through digital innovation, while facilitating legitimate trade and safeguarding public health.
