Ducky Bhai accuses NCCIA officers of physical abuse and forced fund transfers after his arrest over gambling app promotions. Read the claims and official findings.

Ducky Bhai, the popular YouTuber Saad Rahman, broke his silence in a detailed vlog describing alleged physical abuse, blackmail and extortion by officers of the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) following his arrest over promotion of illegal gambling apps.

In a video released on December 7, 2025, Ducky Bhai said he was arrested at airport immigration on August 16, 2025 while travelling to a government event in Malaysia with his wife. He alleges handcuffs, transfer to a Gulberg office and repeated beatings despite surrendering passwords, emails and other digital records to investigators.

He claimed investigators and their “front man” repeatedly demanded bribes, at times asking for Rs7–8 crore, at other moments Rs60 lakh or Rs1.5 crore. According to his account, officers threatened to name his wife in the case and warned that they controlled judicial and legal outcomes. He said family bank accounts were blocked, including those of his parents, brother and an 80-year-old grandfather, leaving the household in financial distress.

Ducky Bhai accused NCCIA personnel of forcibly transferring about Rs9 crore from his crypto holdings into an officer’s personal wallet. He also alleged that US$326,000 was sent into an official wallet and later presented to court as a recovery, claiming the transfer was originally intended to be retained by the officers rather than seized as evidence.

He said his remand was extended repeatedly and described being shown violent footage on a video call in front of his seven-year-old child. Despite the pressure and alleged physical and psychological abuse, he maintains he refused to comply with extortion demands and said his family ultimately borrowed Rs60 lakh to pay intermediaries under threat.

Following his release on bail after 100 days in custody, several NCCIA officers connected to the case were themselves arrested and some resigned. The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) submitted a report in a Lahore court stating that more than Rs4.25 crore was recovered from the arrested NCCIA officers, including about Rs1.25 crore from Additional Director Sarfraz Chaudhry, who has been named in the probe.

Ducky Bhai said he cooperated with court proceedings throughout and asked the public for forgiveness if any of his content had harmed people. He expressed hope the judiciary will deliver justice and thanked Field Marshal Asim Munir and the DG MI for what he described as professional conduct that helped him escape a ‘corrupt mafia’ in the system.

The YouTuber faces allegations of promoting gambling apps such as Binomo, which was officially banned in 2023. Courts have long treated promotion of gambling as a serious offence regardless of an app’s current legal status, and the case remains under judicial review as investigations by FIA and other agencies continue.
