The Dutch Embassy in Islamabad welcomed IOM Regional Director Iori for discussions focused on humanitarian cooperation and support in Pakistan. The meeting highlighted the Netherlands’ role as one of IOM’s largest donors in the country and its continued commitment to vulnerable populations.
Officials noted that Dutch Embassy funding and collaboration have been instrumental in supporting programmes that assist Pakistani local communities and Afghan refugees. Representatives from the embassy and IOM Pakistan agreed to maintain close coordination to ensure aid reaches those most in need and to explore further avenues for joint initiatives.
