Kylychbek Sultan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic, at the Kyrgyzstan Embassy in Islamabad. The meeting centred on bilateral cooperation and included discussions on the planned visit of the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to Addis Ababa and the opening of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Ethiopia.
Dr. Jemal said the opening of the Kyrgyz embassy in Addis Ababa would mark a new chapter in Ethiopia Kyrgyzstan relations and recalled his recent visit to Bishkek, noting the warm welcome he received from senior Kyrgyz officials. He briefed Ambassador Kylychbek Sultan on the political, economic, social and legal reforms undertaken by the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia under the leadership of Prime Minister H.E. Dr. Abiy Ahmed Ali.
