The 2nd meeting of the Expo Center Execution Committee (ECEC) was held today at TDAP headquarters under the chairmanship of Senator Bilal Ahmed Mandokhail. The committee reviewed progress made since its inaugural meeting and assessed steps taken to advance the Expo Center project.
Deliberations centered on strengthening the security framework for the Expo Center, enhancing operational efficiency across facilities, and exploring strategies to ensure financial self-sustainability. Members stressed the importance of practical measures that safeguard visitors and exhibitors while keeping operations cost-effective.
The Director Expo delivered a detailed presentation on the current status and future roadmap for the Expo Center, outlining priority actions and timelines. Committee members, along with representatives from DEPO and Pakistan Expo Centers Lahore, contributed constructive feedback aimed at refining implementation plans and improving coordination between stakeholders.
Participants emphasized the role of public-private collaboration in making the Expo Center a commercially viable and professionally managed venue for trade exhibitions.
