Financial Management Course concluded in Islamabad by Federal Judicial Academy to boost budgeting and reporting skills of district court Nazirs and examiners.

The Federal Judicial Academy concluded a three-day Financial Management Course for Nazirs and Budget & Accounts Examiners of district courts held from 4–6 December 2025 in Islamabad.

Participants from district courts across Pakistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir attended an intensive programme that blended expert-led modules with interactive discussions. The Financial Management Course focused on budgeting, expenditure management, financial planning and transparent reporting to strengthen everyday fiscal practices within the district judiciary.

The Director General Federal Judicial Academy, Mr. Hayat Ali Shah, addressed attendees during the concluding ceremony and underlined the central role of sound financial management in delivering efficient court services. Mr. Hayat Ali Shah also distributed certificates to participants, recognising their dedication to professional development and improved administrative practices.

Attendees said the course enriched their understanding of public financial management and provided practical tools to enhance accuracy, accountability and timeliness in budgetary work at the district level. Many highlighted how new approaches to expenditure monitoring and reporting can translate into greater operational efficiency in court administration.

The Academy remains committed to building a skilled judicial administrative workforce capable of supporting a transparent, efficient and service-oriented justice system through continued capacity building and targeted training initiatives.
