On October 7, 2025 the Department of Fine Arts held a seminar titled “Startup to Commercialization” that focused on guiding students through the practical steps of startup commercialization and turning creative concepts into viable businesses.
Ms. Amber Fatima, founder of Amber Creations Studio, led the session and shared her entrepreneurial journey, including the experiences and decisions that shaped her successful creative enterprise. Her narrative offered students a realistic view of the path from initial concept to a functioning business.
The talk provided valuable insights into the challenges and rewards of creative entrepreneurship and delivered practical guidance on how to approach product development, market readiness and sustaining a creative venture. Ms. Fatima’s account motivated students to consider entrepreneurship as a tangible career path and to apply learned skills to their own projects.
