The Pakistan Airports Authority has signed a contract with Pakistan State Oil to provide aviation-grade fuel for two flight inspection aircraft, marking another milestone for the Flight Inspection Unit. The partnership is intended to streamline fuel access and support essential calibration missions carried out by the unit.
Under the agreement, PSO will ensure the timely availability of fuel at airports across Pakistan, enabling the Flight Inspection Unit to conduct flight calibration and inspection tasks without interruption. Reliable fuel supply reduces operational delays and helps maintain the schedule of routine and ad hoc calibration flights.
Consistent access to aviation-grade fuel is a key element in preserving the standards of air navigation services nationwide. By securing this supply for the two aircraft, the PAA and PSO collaboration contributes directly to safer and more reliable flight operations across Pakistan’s airports.
