Islamabad, October 9, 2025 — Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi called on Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq at Parliament House on Thursday for a detailed discussion on matters of national concern.
The two leaders reviewed the overall political situation and the issues affecting the public, underscoring the need for enhanced coordination among federal units and stronger parliamentary cooperation. Both emphasised that improved provincial coordination and effective dialogue between the Federation and the Provinces are essential to address challenges facing citizens and to ensure stability.
Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq reiterated that strengthening democratic institutions and safeguarding public welfare remain Parliament’s top priorities, and he called for constructive consultation across all governmental tiers. Governor Faisal Karim Kundi appreciated the Parliament’s role under the Speaker’s leadership and affirmed that promoting meaningful engagement between federal and provincial authorities will support inclusive development and sustainable solutions to national problems.
