HEC Community Bids Farewell to Chairman Dr Mukhtar Ahmed

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) community gathered to bid a heartfelt farewell to outgoing Chairman Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, marking the conclusion of his term and the beginning of a new chapter for the organization. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nadeem Mahbub, Federal Secretary for Education, who has been appointed as the new Chairman of HEC.
