IBCC Executive Director Inspects SSC Exams

IBCC Executive Director reviews SSC exams arrangements at IMCG F-10/2, praising FBISE's technology, centre management and transparency during the exam period.

Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah, Executive Director of the Inter Boards Coordination Commission, visited the IMCG F-10/2 examination centre in Islamabad on March 31, 2026, the opening day of the Federal Board’s Secondary School Certificate exams which will continue until May 4, 2026. The visit focused on the conduct and oversight of the SSC exams and on-site readiness for the full examination schedule.

During the inspection Dr. Mallah reviewed overall arrangements and expressed satisfaction with steps taken by the Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education to guarantee transparency, fairness and the smooth running of examinations. He highlighted the well-organized seating arrangements managed by the school administration and the high level of staff preparedness that contributed to orderly proceedings.

Dr. Mallah also commended the integration of modern technology, noting FBISE’s software for real-time monitoring and reporting as an important tool for maintaining exam integrity. He praised the examination centre’s environment for proper lighting, cleanliness and strict discipline, factors that supported a calm atmosphere for candidates sitting the SSC exams.

Observing students who appeared confident and comfortable with the testing pattern, he remarked that the design of the examinations assessed multiple cognitive levels in line with contemporary assessment standards. Dr. Mallah reaffirmed IBCC’s commitment to promoting transparent, technology-driven and concept-based examination systems across Pakistan to uphold quality and credibility in the education sector.
