Mr. Zaki Aijaz, Regional Chairman and Vice President of FPCCI, attended a stakeholder dialogue on industrial emissions baseline and the clean technology roadmap held at Faletti’s Hotel in Lahore.
The event was attended by senior officials including Mrs. Nosheen Malik, Special Secretary Industries, Commerce & Investment Department, and Mrs. Saira Omer, Managing Director of PSIC, along with other government representatives and industry stakeholders.
Organized under the Punjab Clean Air Program (PCAP), the high-level discussion brought together public sector representatives, industry leaders and development partners to advance work on industrial emissions baselines and explore clean technology pathways. The dialogue focused on practical steps to map emissions sources and identify technology options suitable for Punjab’s industrial landscape.
Participants emphasized the importance of coordinated action among government bodies, industry and development partners to translate baselining into effective clean technology adoption and support a cleaner, more sustainable Punjab.
