The competition was structured into four zones to manage the large field of entrants and to ensure broad participation across the city. In the Central Zone, JJ Cricket Club emerged victorious after defeating Warriors Cricket Club to claim the zonal title.
In the North Zone final Eleven Star Cricket Club prevailed over Sher Pao Cricket Club, while the East Zone crown went to Asif Memorial following a win against Lucky Star Cricket Club. The West Zone title was secured by Ghori Cricket Club after their victory over Janoon Cricket Club.
