Federal Minister for Defence Khawaja Muhammad Asif visited the Pakistan Embassy in Berlin today and held a candid discussion with officers and staff. Khawaja Asif engaged with mission personnel on domestic and regional issues while reviewing priorities related to bilateral cooperation and support for the Pakistani community in Germany.
The discussions covered bilateral cooperation with host country partners, concerns of the Pakistani diaspora and a range of administrative matters at the mission. Embassy officials briefed the minister on operational challenges and ongoing efforts to streamline consular and administrative services.
Meeting directly with embassy staff, Khawaja Asif highlighted the importance of close coordination between the defence ministry and overseas missions and reiterated the need to remain attentive to diaspora needs and regional developments. The visit is expected to guide further engagement between Islamabad and the embassy in Germany.
