Majahid Group was recognized as the country’s largest importer of edible oil during the eighth Pakistan Edible Oil Conference held in Karachi, taking a leading position in Pakistan’s supply chain for edible oils.
Arham Ikram Sheikh, Managing Director of Majahid Group, accepted the award from Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori and Federal Minister for the Investment Board Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh. The ceremony was attended by Atif Ikram Sheikh, President of FPCCI and Chairman of Majahid Group, and Umar Rehan Sheikh, Chairman of the Pakistan Vanaspati Manufacturers Association.
Atif Ikram Sheikh congratulated the company’s management for its strong performance and highlighted that Majahid Group has not only maintained continuity in imports but also ensured quality in distribution. He said the group’s achievement is encouraging for the national economy and for Pakistan’s food security, and expressed hope the company will continue to support industrial growth and trade stability.
Managing Director Arham Ikram Sheikh attributed the award to teamwork and the trust of consumers, emphasizing that Majahid Group will keep serving the country’s needs while maintaining standards in import and distribution. The recognition at the conference underlines the group’s role in securing edible oil supplies for Pakistani markets.
