Maroof Hospital marked the Christmas season with a warm cake cutting ceremony at its Islamabad campus, emphasising unity, compassion and interfaith harmony as part of its workplace culture.
Mr. Mohd Syafiq Firdous, Deputy Head of Mission at the Malaysian High Commission, attended as chief guest and praised the hospital for fostering inclusivity and mutual respect. He noted that such events highlight diversity as a strength and called for continued cultural understanding across communities.
Mr. Haroon Naseer, Chief Executive Officer of Maroof Hospital, extended his Christmas wishes to staff and paid tribute to their dedication and teamwork. He reiterated that respect for diversity and compassion remain central to the hospital’s mission and daily practice.
The gathering was also attended by the Chairman and Mrs. Chairman, whose presence underscored leadership support for unity and inclusivity. As a gesture of appreciation, the management presented cash souvenirs to staff members celebrating Christmas in recognition of their valuable contributions to the organisation.
The celebration concluded with Christmas carols performed by MIH’s Christian team, filling the occasion with messages of peace and togetherness.
